Disclaimer: The Virtual Science Fair, its sponsors, organizers, judges, and personnel will not be liable to the entrants for any loss, claim or demand made by the entrant, or made against the entrant by any other party, due to or arising from the submission of the poster or from acts done in the preparation of the poster or performance of experiments connected with the poster by the entrant.
1. All work on the project must be carried out according to school and legal regulations. Safety, carrying out the experiments in accordance with legal regulations, and following school rules and policies are the obligation of the entrant. The project must follow any approval process used for science projects at your school.
2. The poster must be an original document. It should not contain any copyrighted material, images, or uncited text passages.
3. A poster made by the student for a school or other competition can be submitted if it fits within the one of the catagories.
4. Each student can submit only one entry. No team entries.
5. Your entry registration with the e-mail address of your science teacher (included in the comments space of your registration) will indicate that you accept these agreements and certify that appropriate procedures have been followed in the preparation of your poster.
