Radioactive Isotope Safety Training
This course is typically offered twice a year, usually in November and April/May.
If you are planning to use radioisotopes or are using them, you need to take this course if you have not received training previously.
If you have a certificate from another institution then you need to bring me a copy of the certificate or a letter from the Radiation Safety Dept. and just attend the course (you don't have to take the quiz).
We meet for 2 hours in the Biology Basement, Room B03.
I have room for 25 students.
I send an e-mail to the BCB department list several days before the course is offered.
Please contact me at bbeason@rice.edu if you have questions.
