Not sure what platform Informapper is for, but guessing by your headers
that you're running something Windowslike, I'd recommend Chris Madsen's
GUEmap. Shareware, but very good indeed. Details are available at
http://members.tripod.com/~c_madsen/GUEmap/

Oh, and I'd kill (or bruise slightly, at least) for an X version.
