I'm sure none of these have been released, although we hear periodic
rumors of the first.  I for one would also like to see Fire Witch II,
since John's Fire Witch is one of my favorite short adventure games.

This is a commercial game, from Infocom.  You can get it on the
Masterpieces of Infocom CD-ROM from Activision.
