The sentence is "PRESS ????? CIRCLE"

????? = FIRST/SECOND/THIRD etc... (From a transcript I have of
Suspended)

My Best score - from endgame transcript (Probably at lowest difficulty)

Extrapolation based on current weather systems and food supplies:

In 132 Cycles...

(Had another in 128 Cycles with 8,000 casualties - full transcript)

- Both of these are very old transcripts from a Commodore 64 version
  (Why I've kept the transcripts I have no idea)
