The registration for the conference is accessed by linking to the "Event Registration" link in the adjacent panel. Registration arrangements are also available for companions. The companions can be entered after the attendee registers and the site is set-up to do all the registrations in one session on the site. Please enter the companions names on the comments space of the registration form. Deadline is (May 5, 2006) but earlier registation is helpful. The registration system is set up to process credit card charges. Registrants $260; Companions $220.

The abstract submission form can be accessed from the "Abstract Submission" link. Deadline is (May 5, 2006) but earlier submission is helpful. A program of talks and posters will be generated from the abstracts.

Your reservation at the hotel can be made by linking to the "Hotel Booking" link in the adjacent panel. The link will go to the reservation page for the Hilton-Plaza Hotel. Enter the dates of your planned stay and Go to the reservation page. There you can indicate the type of room and guests. The group code to enter for the conference rate is CST ($100 per room). You should book the hotel by the deadline for registration (May 5, 2006).

If you would like to arrange for transport from the airport to the hotel using our designated service please e-mail your flight schedule to gbennett@rice.edu. If you send this information 10 days in advance of your arrival we will have time to compile these for pick-up arrangements. The cost of the transport will be paid by the riders upon arrival at the hotel and is not included in the conference registration.
